A Changing Life

Hello, my name is BOKOMO THITHI.

I used to attended the Neo Apostolic Church where my mother attended. I began attending high school at the Academy. I met several teenage boys and girls that attended the Baptist church. I thought these two churches where alike. After seeking the Lord for clarity, I attended Community Baptist Church of Maluku. During an evangelistic message from Pastor Papy Ipoka, I became burdened and talked to my father, who was a member of the church. I attended the church with my father the following Sunday. After Sunday worship, the pastor welcomed me into his office. He shared the gospel of Jesus Christ with me, and I placed my faith in Jesus Christ. After growing in the Lord for three months, I was baptized. The Lord is changing my life day by day. I am so thankful for the Academy and for the Lord’s direction in my life.

What a beautiful testimony Bokomo gave us. God saw her heart searching for truth. She found the TRUTH, Jesus Christ.

I sure do thank you all for praying for Rise Congo and the many ministries that He has opened.

Getting the Gospel out is always our primary care. Our secondary care is to train believers to develop a habitual love relationship with the Godhead. Our third care is to train believers to engage in sharing the Gospel with their family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers.

You will see us asking for financial help much of the time. This is why Apostle Paul wrote about giving and receiving, sowing and reaping. Apostle John wrote about bearing fruit, more fruit, much fruit, and fruit that remains.

Bokomo is becoming fruitful because you pray and give. Pray for her and others like her.

Philippians 4:17

Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account.
